I recently stayed here for 1 night with friends and greatly enjoyed the fantastic brunch buffet with a variety of delicious options, including made-to-order omelets. The evenings had live music that added to the fun atmosphere. The overall comfort of the room really made our stay enjoyable.

This hotel was excellent base for exploring Ocala, thoroughly enjoyed it and venue's very very helpful and top-class staff from the front desk to the housekeepers. Queen room we stayed at was newly renovated with comfortable bed. The location of this hotel next to shopping places like Walmart and Lowes and Ocala on very short notice and other Hilton's was easy. Furthermore, in the Square which also is a nice area for night life.

The rooms are beautifully maintained and extremely pleasant on the bathroom counter top and our experience is really nice. The service is outstanding, includes easy to access parking.

The location of the hotel. Near 75
They checked in someone else under my reservation. After a long drive the last thing you need to hear is they lost your reservation.

It was a beautiful Hotel and everything was perfect. We had a gorgeous view overlooking the pool and beautiful landscaping.

The rooms were spacious and pool area very nice. Staff was great with giving extra towels. Floors were very quiet. I don't know if it wasn't a busy wknd but very happy with not hearing any slamming doors and loud voices in hallway...

TV remote didn't function and I couldn't call guest services or front desk. I had to go to the front desk to resolve the problem .

Easy access to the interstate. Hotel and pool area were clean. Hotel does have a restaurant and is also within walking distance of several restaurants.
Located in a very high traffic area of Ocala .

No help with.luggage. Very small fridge. Room was not clean. There were even coins on the floor of the closet. Chairs in the lounge need new seats.

I stayed for two nights and the friendly staff. Being just over 2 km from Scott Springs Park was great for my weekend strolls in nature.

There is a large area where you may walk your pet.
All travelers with pets are booked on the same floor. Our room was further from the elevator than I like. Our room smelled of smoke so I'm assuming that people who travel with pets are booked into smoking rooms. Also there was a $49 fee for the pet which was not mentioned until we were checking into the hotel.
